 The
Tankerville Arms Hotel is a privately owned, family run 17th century coaching
inn. It is a wonderful place to hold a wedding reception, being situated in the
heart of Northumberland. We can offer our guests comfort with modern facilities
within the traditional setting of a fine country hotel.
The
Tankerville Arms can now offer you a complete wedding package - starting with
the ceremony itself. Our Civil Marriage License means that you can experience
a unique and extra special wedding ceremony actually in the hotel. As well as
holding the reception at the Tankerville we can offer guests superb en-suite accomodation
in our sixteen tastefully decorated bedrooms. We
also have ample parking space for anyone staying at the hotel. The Tankerville
Arms Hotel takes pride in being able to offer comfort, friendly attentive service
and excellent cuisine, therefore making it the ideal place for a very memorable

The reception begins with the Bride and Groom welcoming their guests with an arrival drink and then on into the beautiful gardens for photographs.
This
is followed by the meal, served in the Cheviot Restaurant, menus of which can
be dicussed fully with our resident chef. We can offer you a wide choice of wines
to go with your meal and also champagne or sparkling wine for your toast drink.
We also offer a drinks package consisting of arrival drink, wine, toast drink
at a set price.
After
the meal and speeches are completed the room is tranformed into a function room
where dancing can take place with a late bar license and buffet, winding down
around midnight. |
